he probably meant that it was grayscale which removes all color data, and is simply different percentages of Black. I had the same issue. Versa will put color values in to a grayscale image even if there isnt any.

Sorry, that was confusing, you can have as many business licenses as you have registered businesses. So you can pay the state a yearly llc fee for each business or you can make a DBA which they do not issue a separate license for.

you can only have one business license in IL. with as many DBAs that you want as long as the name is registered with the state. However, there is no official documents for DBAs here. (so I'm told)

I know that you can set up variable data fields in your document using a special roland spot color, and then create a CSV file using excel which can be loaded in to versaworks to automagically fill those fields with the data in the CSV.
