I'd say custom, are you good with the bezier tool? If you're comfy with it, you should be able to do it in less time than drinking a cup of coffee. If not, I'm sure a few members here would do it for a couple bucks.
I've been absorbing them, but always like to trim off edges to save a little.
If I can get the same quality blades for only $4 a pop, that could save me $600 a year, so by doing my research now I could save enough to buy a new Lazy Boy once a year. :)
Curious if any of you have ever bought plotter blades in bulk? I am looking to buy a LOT of blades, and the $17 a pop hurts the pocket book... a lot. I go through about a blade a week with the material I am using (lots of perf cuts, lots of 18mil+ material). So that's $68 a month in JUST PLOTTER...

From time to time, not near as much as I do on dirt bikes. Best tip I can offer is get really good with a razor blade, and try not to use a lot of straight lines. One is good, but making 5 different ones match perfectly... is a PITA.
Sure. Maybe I'll put more than 7 minutes into a design. lol. All I did was 2 lines of text and a quick drawn vector. A real logo takes a little longer....

ink is not just ink. I ran Lava inks, and they ruined my printhead, stunk up the shop, and every job I cranked out got returned for fading, getting scratched too easily, and poor colors.
I hear Triangle is good, but I am afraid to try any others.
