Actually Bob.... Printing, laminating and contour cutting vinyl, not going to happen. I won't even attempt letters that small if I am printing. ESPECIALLY on air release. In my opinion, it simply cannot, be effectively done. Switch to just a regular vinyl that isn't printed and cut that...

Yep, almost 4 years ago. It was a package deal (3 printers ago). Good memory.

My sales rep told me it was the only program that could run a Mutoh printer, I was naive and fell for it.

First mistake was using a exterior white (assuming Latex?). If you want them to last even longer, I'd suggest looking into bulletin colors. Secondly though, if you're using all enamels, don't worry about a coating. One shot lasts great outdoors, and half of the clear coats or coatings you might...
