white can be troublesome if not used often. Being so soft it probably thinks it is thinner material than it actually is and heads are closer to material than the height your bidi was set at.
  2. help with EFI 16H

What pms is it suppose to match? Looks like the white is banding, make sure you circulate the white ink and print some solid white first to make sure it's printing ok. Try a little higher head gap to see if that makes a difference. That material looks thinker and soft for may be a bad reading...

The printer can print great at times, but not everything. We have issues with heavier blues and purples. At times it prints great! 2,000 to 5,000 ml of ink per head before replacement, on average about 3,500 ml per head for us. Make us an offer on our LX 850!

  13. Suggestions for a Laminator

In my opinion don't go cheap! Get a laminator with at least 6" straight rollers, they do a far better job than smaller crowned rollers. Also a take up for the finished product is a must have when doing full rolls, so much nicer to deal with than letting them all go onto a table. AGL, Seal...

  20. What to get and application...

Most important question.... What will you be using it for? What will you be laminating, how much of it, full rolls at a time? Knowing what I know now you really need to spend $12,000 or up on a good laminator. Larger, flat (straight) rolls are way better than the small crowned rolls found on...
