white can be troublesome if not used often. Being so soft it probably thinks it is thinner material than it actually is and heads are closer to material than the height your bidi was set at.

What pms is it suppose to match? Looks like the white is banding, make sure you circulate the white ink and print some solid white first to make sure it's printing ok. Try a little higher head gap to see if that makes a difference. That material looks thinker and soft for may be a bad reading...

I also believe you should get training for two operators the first year, but that may depend on which printer on purchases.

What is that your printing on? What red pms is it? What is your head gap at? Is that one or two layers of white?

Don't get it, that's pretty simple to do. Don't even need a Wacom for it.

Some people like them, but in my opinion a laminator is a vital piece of equipment and buying a good one is worth it. You get what you pay for! AGL makes great laminators. What will you be using it for and and how much.

I have operated two HP latex machines, one being the LX 850 126" and the other a 365. Overall not a huge fan. Would much rather have the quality of an Epson solvent printer with white ink.

The printer can print great at times, but not everything. We have issues with heavier blues and purples. At times it prints great! 2,000 to 5,000 ml of ink per head before replacement, on average about 3,500 ml per head for us. Make us an offer on our LX 850!

In my opinion don't go cheap! Get a laminator with at least 6" straight rollers, they do a far better job than smaller crowned rollers. Also a take up for the finished product is a must have when doing full rolls, so much nicer to deal with than letting them all go onto a table. AGL, Seal...

Are you buying Agfa bulbs or a third party? We tried CureUV.com bulbs in our Anapurna but had nothing but problems with them. They worked for less than have the hours that Agfas bulbs do. jim
