I wouldn't be surprised if there was air in the line. It's probably a bad damper or air leak. Make sure the lt cyan cartridge actually has ink in it. Sometimes it will not flag properly and cause pull back on the system.

Just confirmed with my Mimaki rep. Both SS21 and ES3 inks will need to be flushed to switch over. Also, the AS5 profiles are limited at the moment being so new.

The first error is the ambient temperature being too low. Is the printer in a climate controlled area? The second error straight up means the heater on head 1 is broken. The only problem is that head 1 is not the white head.

The cleaning solution pumps into the cap only during the custody and nozzle washes. During cleanings it does not.
