It's fairly easy to explain. It's basically the same method as screen printing. You have your plate per color (cmyk) and maybe another color to match pantone and/or effects. Normaly, print guys have 5 coulors press, but I've saw 8 and 10 colors press. It depend what you have to do.

I've got one question for you. How much time the install took you? How many people where involved in the install? I will do my first wrap on my personal car very soon, and I want to know how much time it will take for a beginner like me. I know a ''regular'' installer will take around 4-5 hours.

Could you tell me why would you print your business card yourself? I have a good supplier here in canada. I pay 79$ for 6000 cards, 14pt, 4/4 and 99$ for 2000 cards, 18pt, 4/4, mat laminated. If you want, I can buy them and ship them to you. Even there, it would be cheaper for you. Ben
