Also I agree pen in plotter will be best for mounting patterns but not our other project if the ink runs out the plotter can't tell me.
I don't know about UPS but my sister in law is a FedEx Express delivery driver and she makes $16/hr. I do know that FedEx Ground is subcontracted and they get paid by the package delivered. But time is everything and if they are running behind they get chewed out or if it happens too often...
I am wondering what a good cheap option paper is to print mounting patterns on our HP L25500. I thought of butcher paper but my supplier says that will not work on our machine.

I had the same problem with that lam and didn't roll the print at all left it flat. Different perf brand but same lam. I had a lot of trouble just getting the lam to go on smooth. In my environment I shouldn't even bother with sheet lam just spray lam but my boss likes the glossy effect the lam...
@jhill I have a pantone chart printed but for some reason it is hard to match some of these colors part of the problem is the brown in a 55% opacity of a pantone. But i will try. Still looking for other ideas
Ok so we are using Flexi Print for our production manager to print to a Designjet L25500 but HP does not support pantone matching with flexi does anyone have a solution for this. I am spending hours of time and too much material trying to color match.

@Starsign I completely agree it is why I love working in both and it drives me crazy when a designer has no clue how production works yeah it looks pretty on the screen but getting that in the out put is not always easy.:goodpost:
