usually the power supply fails and causes the blown fuse. That mobo has an onboard power supply. Look around for a blown capacitor or a burnt resistor. That may give you a path to a repair.

As I posted above, Doing a test cut from the cutter control panel will test all of those functions signosaurus mentioned. If the test cut is fine then the problem is with the computer or software.
