We have a Javelin.
It's good but a bit heavy to use constantly.
We tend to use it for jobs where long panels have to fit together nicely.
Yes it helps to run it on a cutting mat.
We just moved into a new shop too.
I got sick of rickety wooden benches and got a couple of these made from pallet racking.

I have that firmware and you can only modify the interpass delay when printing, not set as a default.
If you can tell me how to do it I'd appreciate it.

The temp sensor is on the right so you can get uneven drying sometimes.
Just bump the heat up a bit.
You can't change the default inter pass delay on these due to the firmware
although you can change it per job while it is printing.

The client is a digital video hire place and this is one of their test patterns.
They supplied art. Everyone was happy. It all lined up pretty well.
I used an air release polymeric.
You won't be able to match really hot orange and green plastic pigments.
The best you can do is try some of the profiles that ship with onyx and try various settings.
Try spot colours using the colour table & not, turning icc profiles on & off, stuff like that.
