Do you have "Open in Job Editor" selected or not?

I think there's a check box in the file open dialogue box to select opening in preflight or just rip straight away.

Would it need to be a super sticky like Arlon DFP8000 or will normal print vinyl do?

We just did a removal that was unlammed vinyl laid down then clearcoat sprayed over on the van. It came off in small pieces. Took days...

I like the way they claim to have no idea about the issue... every time you return a roll.

Avery MPI2611 isn't bad either. It's removable too.

We use a bit of LG vinyl for wall wraps. Lately we have been using a matte laminated repositionable air free vinyl. http://sign.lghausys.eu/en/products/digital-printing/polymeric-vinyl/ld393t.html We always wipe down interior painted walls twice with iso alcohol too. No failures yet.

You don't have to do it manually so won't effect your production workload. Select the option in the rip and it flips every second panel in tiled jobs.

Nothing to do with Onyx. CMYK printers won't match that KTM orange paint.

Our Roland only ever measures the width correctly for about ten minutes after an annual service.

Have you tried other profiles?

But that still only gives you 100% K when a solid black usually needs 50 50 40 100 or something. I just do a color replacement in Preflight.
