To find out what those error messages are, log on to your printer web page (printer ip address) with a browser. Printers not on right now so I am not sure which tab it under, but with little hunting you should find where you can access the error info.

But if you think Latex is bad you should try digital presses where you need to calibrate during a run and throughout the day if it is a color...
Maybe the color was not correct on the on the truck in the first place. If that is the case getting it correct now is going to be next to impossible. That is what happens when you don't have good color management policies in place and calibrate color/re-linearize on a consistent basis.
