I agree with Sign Works. Lamination does help the banding be less apparant. I use mine almost entirely for spot colors. Very seldom do I do and cmyk or grayscale printing as doing these do make the overlap banding much more noticable.

Well I have sent in my PC-600 for head replacement again, I get about 2 years or more out of them. About 700 all said and done with shipping. And from what i hear from everyone who has done this themself it is costing no less to do it yourself or have roland do it.
I Have nothing but good things to say for this. Been a great tool for out on mobile work and collecting down payments on the spot. Had mine for a little over 4 months with usage weekly.
Still on 7.6 here. But then again im still using my 2 roland PC-600's. When i get into the liquid and large printing then i will update for sure.
Do some drawing in AI cause thats what i went to school for, but the quick and easy layouts all done in Flexi-Pro. But a upgrade might change that
