  3. What's the font for... Rubicon?

It is somewhat similar, but I don't think exact. Might be able to make it work though... it doesn't have to be 100% spot on, just close.
  4. What's the font for... Rubicon?

Ok, I don't make too many font ID requests, but this one will drive me batty. Seems like one I've used more than once, but I can't seem to ID it. I could be off my rocker, who knows. But it's the one for the Rubicon, like here http://www.autoblog.com/media/2006/10/sema_rubicon_king_1280.jpg or...

  7. Is there a way to emulate mutoh weaving on a JV5?

We all know isign.... Mimaki users simply don't worry about banding. I mean, it's just all part of the job right? Banding is fine, heck.. if you squint a little you don't even see it! If you were cheap enough to buy a Mimaki you probably don't give a rip about the quality.... so a Mimaki user...
  8. Is there a way to emulate mutoh weaving on a JV5?

You mean the "wave banding" ? Not at all. That's a Mutoh Valuejet only style of printing.

Simple. Save the Corel file as a ai. 3. It'll save the gradient as vectors. Gotta thank Fred for showing me this. :thumb:
  10. Do you add your Logo...

so....... you buy a Ford, then you take off their emblem? You get a Maytag dishwasher, and rip off their emblem? You get a Harley Davidson cruiser and paint over their logo? You buy a pair of Dickies pants and rip off the tag? I actually SELL my logo to people. People pay money, for a...

  17. GS6000 Epson = Mutoh?

so basically, no. You haven't used a Valuejet. They're a great printer, well built and print great at a decent speed at a decent price. For the price, they're a better value than the Roland, but honestly, the Roland is ALSO a great machine. A bad experience with an old model doesn't really...
  18. GS6000 Epson = Mutoh?

I take it you've never tried one?
  19. Still having problems with yellow.

The old capping station? I just replaced it for the heck of it. :) Only my ink pump was technically damaged.
  20. Still having problems with yellow.

If they are soaked you probably have 4 problems. 1. The little sponges have expanded and are touching the head too much. 2. Your ink lines that run from the capping station to the waste ink bottle are clogged or broken, thus losing your vacuum, not properly cleaning the heads, and letting the...
