New shop (1 month away) will be 1600 sq. ft., 1 garage bay, small retail area, located about 200' off of main street, but still visible from Main if you're looking that direction.

Lava inks are absolute junk, stay way way away. I get mine from NW sign and a merchant member on here, Matt Cuellar from Art Unica.

I have some fathead material in stock if you need something printed fast... other than that, I'd say you've got a sucky week ahead. :( I hate it when printers start screwing stuff up.

weird.... they are working a lot better today without me changing a thing. Bizarre. eh..... I'll still try everyone's suggestions. Except OPs. :)

2 are connected via a network, but they do not have ANY internet access. The 2 internet computers are not connected in any way. So basically all on their own... And no, no weird crud or crazy file sharing going on. No illegal downloads and such, just normal day-to-day stuff.

Been told XP runs best with no defrag by a techy friend............ true or no? Maintenance... not much. But all 4........... at ONCE?

You'd instantly destroy the machine. A printer is built to take one kind of inks... and it won't like others. Especially a non solvent printer accepting solvents.

You serious? I've had one for 2 years and absolutely love it. Probably been through 150 rolls of laminate with him?

RapidTac and such work better than soapy water, but if you want to make your own mix, take one bottle of water and add in 5 drops of DISH soap, that works ok. DO NOT use Windex (my former solution of choice. lol). Then after doing a few banners, start trying them dry. :)

Still doing it. Trying to download 7000 some files. :(
