All finished up. I was very nervous that it was not cut perfectly, I guess I'm not sure if it was, but he installed it with no issues LOL Thanks for all the help, the customer sent me a text at 10 pm stating that he loved it!
But pontoons are so much fun! There's nothing like a Booze Cruise at sunset! The only thing they aren't very good for is tubing and skiing LOL But we pull all the kids in tubes at 6 (no wake) and anchor on the other side of the lake and swim until dark.

Thanks! Yes, he was great to work with!
I used my DeWalt Jigsaw. I wasn't sure the best way to do this so I made a paper template for the arch then a coroplast one. I made sure it fit nicely on the sign structure then uploaded a picture and made a nice oval that was smooth and round and cut...
Update. Used .080 aluminum with a laminated print. Pretty easy job. They sent me the artwork so I just needed to get the print and apply it after I cut the metal from my template. Not a fan of the logos fake bricks or the red and black but they have a designer so I keep my mouth shut. I made a...

No store - work from home and never see anyone or by appointment (Texas, I think this is you).
By appointment only stores.
Store who do not post hours so it's hit and miss (me).
Stores who hold daily hours...
