Should be several ways to do it.
If you design outside of Flexi you can use Graphtec's Cutting Master plug-in from Corel or Illustrator.
Cutting Master 4 seems to be made by SAI and looks like the production manager - might work with your native FS files (haven't tried it). I'm using the earlier...
Sounds like HP printer repairman is one job that will be automation-proof for the for the foreseeable future.
Might be time to do some cross training.

What's the point of these attacks anyway? Do they make money out of this or is it just to cause trouble for a few laughs?
Seems pretty pointless.

If he is still worried he could invest in one of these:
PS 1000-B X-Scan - Detection Systems - Hilti USA
Plus with this he could set up a sideline business scanning pets for missing objects they may have swallowed.

If this is just an occasional request with the numbers not too high print the rear message on the cheapest vinyl that will work on your HP & stick it onto the back of the finished decals.
Done and done without a new machine.

Very cool, but I am confused.
The first link under the "Related Posts" header at the bottom of the steampunk article:
"THE CLITORIS: animation explains what it is, where to find it, and what to do with it" ???

No print head from them, I have purchased a maintenance station, dampers, head cables & pinch rollers.
Good prices - no problems with the placing the orders and getting them here.

I think I could use one of these.
We do a couple of 100 shelf wobblers a month and the material is just a little too thick to cut with a plotter.
The shape is pretty simple (box with a "T" shaped tab on top to fit the shelf rail) but take too long to cut by hand.
Where do you get your steel rule...
Looks like you had 3 strikes against you from the start.
1.Calendared material
2. Heavy saturated ink load
3. Rivets holding down ribs
This would be a tough install even with cast material.
Put it down in your "Things not to do next time" notebook.

Hey Rick,
do you think there would be any advantage to keep the drawing in Auto Cad and render your drawings from it?
Or is it too clunky to give you the output you get with AI?
I don't do this kind of work so I'm clueless on the issues with each but;
it seems impressive that you can generate...
Appointments? You guys don't have a drive through?
May I take your order sir? Please drive to the next window to pay. Proceed to next window for the install please.
Thank you have a nice day....Next!.
At least is seems like this about 90% of the time.
