in 2006 my average sale were $486 ...34% of that went to COGS and labor

and the year before.. before I fired that worthless punk (well before "incognito" fired him :rolleyes:) I had only 8% higher sales, a slightly lower ave sale amount of $359... AND.. a whopping $214 per sale on COGS and labor!!!! OR 60% I think part of that was over buying goods last...

well, my first invoice, #4132 was written Jan 5 and my last one, on Dec 28 was number 4565, so I had 433 sales.. and when i divide my worst sales totals in 6 years, by 433... I get $397 I just checked... my annual COGS and labor costs, divided by 433 sales equals $115 per sale spent on those...

maybe they could figure out a way the server doesn't have to place 5 grubby fingers evenly spaced around every possible drinking surface customers are about to their mouth on... for 50 beers in a row in that video, without fail...

no clue.. but I'll look... I can say for certain that it is down though

my suggestions would be to rotate the photo to level. Do you use photoshop? with the ruler tool, click and drag a line from the eave line at the left, to the eave line at the right... then go to image>image rotation>arbitrary... and like magic, the correct angle of rotation required to level...

there has been a lot of sadder posts to avoid lately... this one was pretty funny for the most part...
