    I use alum sq tubing, but do the same thing except frame/skin in shop, then do wonderboard/rocks on-site -- I'd rather lift something less heavy and then work outdoors for a few days thanks!

    we typically color the face with cast vinyl and then cut, leaving the edge black If I want high end painted letters I will use gemini FCO aluminum
