Saved the printed image with contour cut lines and registration marks to downloads but when I go to find it in cut server, open, downloads it is not there.

In the add cutters it only has the Graphtec 6000 as an option closest to my model. Will my 7000 work when choosing the 6000 cutter? If not is their a way to add my ce-7000 to the list?

You misunderstood. They only give you a $500 credit towards the $4000 Onyx Thrive software. We don't do nearly enough work with this thing to spend that kind of money on software.
