as long as you're looking for matte finish... you'll be very happy with their product. every banner i've gotten from them has been exceptional! and for me, they're so close i receive it the day after they ship, which is very cool!

i use to be much nicer to people when they wanted something they couldn't afford or weren't wiling to spend a reasonable amount of money to get it. i never dropped my price, but i didn't rush them out the door or off the phone either. always figured having them leave with a good vibe was a good...
