  8. Coro sign pricing

If I charged $25 for a single sided coroplast sign, they would give me the middle finger and never return. When you buy in bulk, you get a discount, it's how business works. If someone asks for 5 signs and I say $20 and they say well let's make it 100, and I say $20, they say wtf? Let's just go...
  9. Arlon DPF313

There was a thread about this somewhere once, there is quality issues with the DPF313 banner material now. Multiple rolls have bugs in it such as a spider and gnat. It's fused into the material and not stuck to the outside. I just contacted Arlon about it. I guess I get what I pay for even...
  10. Illuminated Channel Letters Mounted to Glass Conference Room

Hmm depending on the weight, it could be VHB tape for mounting. Some of those I can't see the wires, so thinking they may be internally lit by battery? The safest way is to drill a hole or create a raceway type thing. But VHB is what I recommend.
  11. Mail order problems! Money is raptured

One thing you can do to help prove the customer received it is get a proof of mailing or proof of delivery. This little thing greatly helps support your side. 15. Grommet Press Advise

Grommet machines build machines, good to use. I have a Hiker and love it, it's fast and amazing. If you are using a hammer in, throw it in the trash. If you are thinking about going and spending $1,500 on a grommet machine just for this job to make it easier, why waste the money? Pre-mark the...

  17. UJF-6042 Backlit Signs

If you want some light to shine through the dark but very little, do a 2 or 3 overprint. Meaning every pass, it will drop 2 or 3 times the ink in the same area, basically raised ink. If you want to do a total block out where no light shines through the black, you need to apply a block out film...

  20. Dash Cam Recommendations?

I had one and it broken within a few weeks. I got another for Christmas, but need to put a lcd monitor in my van to be able to use it. You can find a good one for $100 - $150 for HD video, but make sure it comes with a screen built into the camera and also make sure it's a wide angle, so it...
