  2. Vintage Dairy Queen Sign

Saw this at an antique store yesterday. This pan face is one of the most original sign faces for Dairy Queen. Priced at only $695, I was expecting around $2,000. Must be a quick sale. Heck a metal Gulf sign 1/3 the size all rusted out and hard to read was priced at $900. This thing was huge.

  4. Oracal Questions

Not at all, it's over priced and lasts about 2 years. I never had any 3M vinyl that would stick or would screw up. first of all, stop using 3rd party inks. Second, every new roll you should cut off the first 3 feet, it's no good. Third, if you manually cleaned the print heads, it could be dripping ink happened to me a couple of times, too much solution.

  12. LEJ-640 FT UV Flatbed problems. Ending my silence

Banding usually happens in high speed prints and low DPI settings. Many people today are buying printers that are the fastest. I saw one at a show, they said you can print a 4' X 8' in as little as 10 minutes! Sounds like a dream, except it had really bad banding all over it. Don't go with...

Check with your substrate supplier, mine makes extruded blanks with green reflective ready to go, all I have to do is cut white reflective letters and put on it. Cost $20 each double sided

  19. Oracal Questions

Interesting, wonder if it was a product failure. The worse thing to happen to vinyl is ice, if there is ice on the sign and no one cleans it off and it sits there for 48 hours it can do that.
