    I agree with papabud. My Roland snapped the tips on a batch of Roland blades. Roland replaced them and it's been fine since.

    I don't see an issue. Powder coat is a baked on at roughly 400 degrees F. Once out of the oven and cooled it becomes a hard shell.

    I use every possible inch of laminate and substrate. But I sell a lot of short run, custom work made from "tails" of bigger jobs. YMMV.
