Laminator is the best way if you have a lot of masking to do.

Just recently I let a friend use my laminator, he was using 30" film with 30" laminate only it was 30"x150' it went about 10 ft then started to skew, it was done on a GBC 65" laminator. If I were you I would get some larger lmainate and do it right the first time.

What thickness are you useing? If you use 15 or 20mil you can use your plotter

Are you printing or cutting? Really doesn't make a difference though, you use design central to size what ever it is your cutting or printing

Color management software is what you need to make all your colors look like the colour you need and start building your own profiles and see the difference.

If it sounds to good to be true, it probaly is. Use common sense is all.

I don't own a roland but that same thing happened with my Mimaki and the problem was the sensor that reads the encoder strip had to be cleaned. Don't clean with any harsh cleaners, alcohol mixed with water is all you need.

I can see when taking the bag off the dog it can snap back at ya and you will get sh!t all over you, LOL It's probably making millions to.
