Foamcore is easy to cut cutouts, try using corro you will have blisters on all fingers. The cutouts look good almost as good as being done on a digital cutter.

I have seen in many shops that print 3.2m & 5m use a dolly like device, something that can be made if you can weld it looks alomost like what they use to unload rolls of carpet with. I just saw a picture of one I will get it post it out here it will give you a good idea as to what I'm talking about.

Someone I know that had the same problem but only it was on a JV3, what they did was lightly oiled the 2 bars that the head assembly rides on and it fixed the problem, might want to try that, I know it sounds crazy but it worked.

I would check in your Effects tab and look in there or the Lasso tool
