Haakon... that's what I figured. It would take 5 times longer to weed than what I usually use. I would lose money... and my mind! I have a job doing twenty four 18 wheelers that will use almost 50 yards.

They call it "Magic Sculp" instead of "Sculpt". Comes in colours too! Nifty.
Don't carve the Magic Sculpt. Shape it before it cures. It has a fairly long "open" time so you will have time to shape it. There is a taxidermy site that sells the same stuff for less. Name escapes me.
Holy crap! I was packing this stuff up for return and I noticed the box it came in already has an RMA number on it! Guess I'm not the first one to throw in the towel on this stuff. Nice of my supplier to pass such a deal along.
I was working with 5700. Either it was a bad roll or 5600 is a different formula.
I normally use KIWA but I thought I would give Oracal a try based on their 651 and 751 being very good weeding vinyls. The roll of 5700 I had was not good weeding vinyl.

I felt badly that people were having trouble with ball sorting so I drew up a flash-card to make it easier.
Next time you're sorting your balls you can whip out this handy little card and have them correctly sorted in no time. Simply print a copy of the card onto some sturdy paper...
