I only use Linux on our server. It is more secure than MS. I don't have to worry so much about viruses and the like. I also have a linux based firewall/router than our broadband goes thru. All the machines in the shop are MS- XP Pro.

The tape isn't supposed to stick to the backing really well. If you apply it correctly it will appear tight and firm. I would check my application procedure and make sure you are applying correctly. Done correctly it won't have wrinkles or bubbles.
What resolution do you have your monitor set at? That is usually the prob. when things are off screen. Try changing to 1024 x 768. 600x800 is a min. Just something else to look at.
