How thick are your stickers? MX Decals are usually pretty thick... which CB15 blades would work best. CB09 blades are for thin vinyl/laminate, which would explain why the tips are breaking. CB15 is for sandblast/reflective and other thicker stuff.

My onyx is also bugged. For the past 2 months I can't send anything to our flatbed as "print jobs individually". It just crashes onyx the moment I hit it. Tried reinstalling... Even tried a fresh install... Nothing. My only option to fix it is a windows reinstall, which I never have enough...

Redwonload onyx and reinstall using repair .it won't delete any settings and it may fix it. Windows update sometimes messes things up... We had onyx 10, and every single month one of the updates caused us to reinstall. Hasn't been an issue since we moved to onyx 12... Hopefully it's not with 18...

Do you have a vinyl cutter? They cut magnet pretty easily You could use a router if you make a jig. Easiest way is a corner rounder.. but you're pretty much out of luck without one of the above, unless you try to freehand it.

We just had someone ask for a reprint of a sign we did a "few years ago". A bit of searching and we found the original file from 2002. We keep everything in yearly / monthly folders for print ready files. (Outlined font, etc) We also keep a seperate folder for artwork, client supplied files...
