any thing you can bungee to or can you go a little bigger that the windows and mount into the building or can you put something on the inside of the windows with suction cups
search merritt on here we have a 54" printer and have the same problem
merritt does all our over sized banners and for the prices and quick turn around it's not worth piecing together
maybe water left in the holes from a wet install (i always do that dry)
or could be polyester lam on vinyl i had that problem years ago
the vinyl shrinks and the lam doesn't
just do a print cut and leave it over night and see the space in the cuts where it has shrunk
you have to allow for...
we get that also but there is a ton of files on the hard drive
and it is an old computer
really it is only when we do labels with ser. no.s and i have like 50 or 100+ items in the screen at once
good luck
another thing i have found is when you feed the sheets through you leave a little of the first sheet so you can start the next sheet from that
i have noticed going under the tail of the first sheet has worked better then going above because sometimes the next print will stick to the...
i think it is call convex or something like that
do a search there are a few threads on that
the vinyl is made to conform to the helmet and i think there is a special thicker lam
to take the abuse
have you done it that way before
i have a thin piece of polycarb i use to start the laminate (.030-.040 thick)
and i can put that through to start and then i don't have to make any adjustments
i can just follow it up with the prints so i am not interupting the flow
i don't have the most...
when ever we do jobs like this we always get the template/pattern print
and everything goes smooth
for the extra $15-20 it cost it saves a ton of headaches
sorry to hear of the problems
we have had 3 roland printers/cutters(still have 2 of them) and any problems we have had got cleared up by the vender/dealer we purchased them from
pretty smooth operation
you can't do that on a versa camm
the way the alignment marks print they can only go one way
one corner has a dot plus a rectanlge so it can not be put in the wrong way but nice try
sorry make sure when you put the white vinyl on you don't cover your print/cut alignment marks only cover the decal are this way you can still put it back in the machine to cut
print on clear vinyl but click the mirror box in your set up (versa works) and the decal will print backwards after it is dry or done outgassing/airgassing
laminate white vinyl to it ...bam...instant window decal
if tyrrelltech doesn't work out you can try proveer they are in quackertown
we used them when they where sign supply usa and they where about 5 miles from our shop they where pretty good
sorry about the pics had to take them with my phone
but the cracking starts where the color and white meet but it is worse the more overprints i do so on the normal print it is not as bad but it still does it
but yes it does start to pull the color away also
i have try some samples with...
not sure how deep in pa you are but you can try TyrrellTech they are in flemmington, nj
we have been using them for a few months and they have been really good
we bought a machine from them and we are ordering materials
