just tested it....you also need to go to the options menu of the repeat/merge screen and select "use forced/fixed length as entered" instead of the "maintain forced/length percent"

double-click your text to bring up the text properties....with the cursor on the same line as the "&1", you'll see next to F7 button the words "forced length"...check the box and enter the length you want the text to be at....then when you repeat/merge, the text will be forced to that...
i'm agreeing with fred on this....i've run some very large files (with images and vector) and have never had an issue when the files send to the edge (i have an le like fred).....i think the most i've waited was ten minutes....NEVER three hours....i'd take tony up on his offer to look at the...
it's a gerber font....but i know i've seen it in signlab....
EDIT: i think i used one of the union fonts for SBC when i used signlab (been awhile)...and those are the same as the univers fonts...
if he's still looking for a double headed drag, you wont find that in a chinese dragon....there are a thousand places to get them....but let me know if you still have a hard time trying to find it...i'm sure i have something....i did search my stuff last night to try and get a two headed...
what kind of dragon are you looking for? eastern? western? serpent? ...i'm sure you could find a pick of the hydra and just edit out the extra heads, or take a medieval dragon and add a head....just a little more info and i can probably send you in the right direction....dragons are a bit of a...
can't seem to find the international font, and I know the other one, but just can't seem to think of the name, or find it. any help would be appreciated.
