Using brand new sheets of poly. Do you just remove the protection sheet from the manufacturer and letter, or do you prep it somehow? I've been removing the sheet and lettering, but have had a few hits and misses such as bubbling of the vinyl. Usually takes a couple days for the bubbles to show...

It doesn't look like production manager will let me nest. There's a button for it, but I am not able to select it.

I select my graphic, add a contour cut, and hit rip and print. When I hit send, a second file is created in production manager for the contour cut.

Maybe the limitation is I have FlexiSign Pro 8.6v2 and I need designer or a later version?

I don't seem to be able to set crop marks in version 8.6v2. I found a youtube video saying the same thing, but when I go to effects>cut mark, there is only one option and it looks nothing like my regular |_ at the corners.

We've had the 48" valujet for almost 6 years and it has worked flawless. I'm embarrassed to say the little minimal maintenance we've done on it. Replaced the print feed motor and that's it. Even the spit sponge, wiper, etc are original. We have 3 codes popping up, life times pump, print head, cr...

I think it's beautiful. As I scrolled down the design on the neck jumped out at me and I loved it. I even think the laces are going the right way. With the tee underneath it, it is clearly kick off time (which is of course when you open a fresh beer!!!) and I'm on the receiving team. Nicely...
