Yeah sounds like you need a different perf....if you used 50/50 or 60/40 that will happen. Need a higher vinyl to hole number....like 80/20.

This is normal....you'd need a 4K monitor to lose the jaggedness. Draw a line in Flexi, and change the angle of it several times. You will see the jagged sections change depending on the angle.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to print a sample, rewind the material back and print another next to it, so they all go across the page? Just move the image in your RIP to print in the spot you want. If your first print is 12" x 12" on a 54" roll, print the first in the corner...

It can work, but long term, I would recommend the correct material for the job. You gonna use 651 for a car wrap, just because you can? Or do you want to do it right?

Yep, that's how you do it. Print on vinyl, laminate with Dry Erase laminate. Mount on 3mm PVC, ACM, or other rigid substrate.
