For what use? General taping? We buy 3M Scotch 234 from Fellers. If you do a lot of wraps, shy away from tape and start using Speed Mags or some other magnetic tools.

WHAT? I asked the OP why he would print the sample decal he displayed in the photo, on clear. A Van is not a backlit sign. As far as your statement, I print to white all the time for backlit signs and the white does not show up as black, unless you are printing on a grey backed vinyl. Not sure...
UGH. They would be better off sending the prints to get laminated. This is a messy, ridiculous venture. Buy a laminator or get out of the wrap business.
If you use Flexi this is a breeze, you simply apply to template (you can modify their sample ones or create your own), then email that proof straight from Flexi. Every proof I send out takes about 5 seconds to apply template and then send via email.
