Huh? Are you using V1? V3 shows no channels, and I do tons of small and large decals. You can not see air channels.

LOL....you're not gonna melt the vinyl all over the printer. This vinyl is not that much different than normal print vinyl. You may have to drop the heat a little bit, as you may see a bit of heat warp, mostly due to the difference in the liner. I print on regular vinyl in a pinch, and sometimes...

Just draw a box around your artwork that you send with each color layer. Then each color has the same outer border. Pretty simple.

Never done 4 point marks before? That's all I use. the Q54 auto scan is horrible. Select the 4 point marks when you send your file with the contour cut to the RIP. After printing, and laminating if applicable, load the print on the cutter. Then just send the cut file. It will prompt you to...

I guess you're the only person that WANTS their laminate to be way bigger than the media. I can't even comprehend this thought process. You must enjoy spending a huge amount of time trimming off the excess laminate.

Wasn't the rollers he was talking about...it was the platen. 1/2" of laminate isn't going to hangup on the rollers usually....but it does stick on the back as it comes off.
