I'm not sure but I would remove the blade from the holder and make sure no little bits of vinyl or dirt are causing the blade to not rotate smoothly. clean it and add a drop of light machine oil. I'd look up the correct blade offset for the one you are using from the user's manual and set it to...
Glue could work but I would do a test on some scrap material before you try it on the panel.
Reason I say this - I had a small section of laminated IJ180c lifting on a wrap. Figuring Primer 94 is recommended for use on IJ, I shot a little into the space with a syringe.
Turns out 94 works fine if...
Flexi can do that.
It has both nesting and job costing that you can plug your numbers into.
You only need to set up your costs and profit margins, it will do all the calculations on whatever file is open without having to input any of the dimensions.
I have not used it but it is there

I use the Manual Method
"Manuel come here and nail down these rivets - I'm going to lunch"
Rollepro works pretty good but it seems like you need to go back and hit them with a hard edge before the final post heat - at least with IJ180

You are not going to get the exact measurements of a sign based off a photo. There is always some distortion from the lens and settings used to take the photo.
You can get close
To get your base scale set up you need to know the actual size of something in the photo. If you have this you should...
Yep,
my cloudy version has done this to me more than a few times. I've noticed that most times the initial run prints as expected and then when I go back to run another set (after an open & close of the PM) it will do that random shuffle just to make my life more interesting.
The way they set up...
I am not familiar with that toucan but when I changed out the head on my vj1304 I used a syringe to pull ink into the new dampers before seating them on the head.
1 or 2 strong cleans had the head filled and ready to print.

Convert everything to bitmap (200dpi should be more than enough) except the contour cut and save as an pdf or eps.
File should be manageable after that.

USPS flat rate box - extra bubble wrap in the corners so they don't get bent.
I'm with the others post up a screen cap of the file & some more info - size of the flexi file - what you have in there(bitmaps, transparencies etc).

I too was raised by a wild pack of bodymen/painters and there are bound to be lots of things in the way including reinforcement beams for the softer aluminum.

You take a look at these guys?
Mutoh Plotters - Clean Cut Blade
Seems that they are cross referencing blades with the stops for the Mutohs with Gerber blades
They have photos of each blade so you should be able to ID the right one if they have it.

Humm, I would have never thought to use Mutoh wave technology to join 2 print panels.
I'd wrap in as far as possible with just a thin gap (1/8 or so) on the inside edge of the flare.
