We have the LS-1 - didn't see the need to do too much zig-zagging on banners.
What I have noticed is the company is very much into after sales support.
Of course they want you to keep buying consumables and upgrades from them and they do it by providing very good support.
The machine comes with...
Maybe remove the blade and clean the holder to make sure it does not have any stuck bits of vinyl or dirt. Then reinstall with a couple of drops of machine oil or white lithium grease to make sure the blade turns freely.

Interesting,
I have employees that produce invisible output.
They tell me everything they have done at the end of the day but I just can't see it.
I guess I should give them an invisible raise.

You guys must have better contractors down there. We are lucky to get any two windows in the same building square.
We overprint and trim back so there is a 1/8 to 3/16 gap all around.
We do commercial window tinting so trimming is pretty easy using a block and the window gasket/frame to keep it...
Intermediate is going to tent and fail over rivets no matter what you do.
If it has to be intermediate nail it down and cut around each rivet.

So you won't know until you pick it up. Hopefully they flushed it out before storing it.
If they didn't you will need to start checking pricing on a new print head, set of dampers & maintenance station at a minimum.
Pinch rollers would be most likely next on the list.
You'll need a RIP program...
Not really a good idea to buy a used printer without being able to see it running in person.
What do you know about the printer so far?
When was the last time it was used?
If it has been sitting unused you need to find out for how long and if it was flushed out before it was stored.
If it is...
Bad call:
Tumor formations have been observed in the lungs of rats that inhaled dust containing tin.
The University of Medical Sciences in Iran investigated in vitro effects of several metals, including tin, on sperm creatine kinase.
Reduced sperm metabolism was observed which is believed to be...

I just tried the online immigration application and was rejected when I un-checked the box that asked if I could understand and use the metric system.

Is that "text" still text or has it been converted to outlines?
I remember as far back as CasMate there was an issue with a few of the fonts that came with the program that would cut exactly like that intermittently.
Fix was to use a newer version of the font and convert to outlines.

Clinical studies, using a large sample size & appropriate time scale show that being born results in a 100% mortality rate.
Time spent studying the nutritional value on the federally mandated label on a bottle of water did not appear to effect the outcome to a measurable degree.

It's pretty straight forward.
Take the covers off
Remove the bracket that holds them down.
Pop them up off the manifold
Unscrew the lines
Put the new ones in
Pull some ink thru and then seat them back on the manifold
Some notes:
Use a flat bladed screw driver to pry the damper straight...
I would change out all the dampers first. See if that solves the issue.
Take note of what they look like when you pull the covers off. Should be about half full to be working properly.
I think their regular replacement schedule is once a year.
A month old maintenance station shouldn't be failing...
You need to encourage her in her quest for better design software.
Once she has that "AHA" moment with Illustrator or CorelDraw she will never look back on Flexi again - unless you want to plot or print your designs laid out in other apps.

Should be fine.
We do pylon wraps every 3 months or so, they are 3 panels 190"w x 120"h finished size.
We use the cement on the horizontal center seams and hems all around.
Have a sewing machine but for these sizes the glue is much faster.
Also use it to set up 2'x10' double sided pole banners...
What RIP software are you using?
The PrismJet 24 is a re-badged Mutoh ValueJet 628.
Profiles for the 628 should work fine for your PJ.
You should be able to find these on the Mutoh support site (depending on your RIP) and at the various material manufacturers (3M, Oracal, Avery etc)
