Are you working with RGB or CMYK files? What color setting is your photoshop set to? What color mode/setting is their document coming in to you in? What are you creating your "yellow square" in?

Is there a place to change the name of the "cut color"? Possibly it defaulted back to some other name than CutContour?

Reflective can't be thin without being junk. 680 will wrap "ok".

How "small" of a turn are you looking for? We use Leo's Gold Lion products and products from FirehouseDecals.com. Both work well for Edge printing, and we go through a lot.

The only way to overcome Papyrus is to defeat it. You have to throw back another "fancy" font that hopefully will appeal to the customer. Here is 10 minutes worth of work towards what I think they want. The "360" needs some tweaking. *edit: missed some critical info in the artwork...

GFP laminators have the rear take-up reel. At the last place I was at I loved it! I would assume that if you contacted a GFP rep, you could buy just that part.

We prefer 180c for regular wraps & 160c for shorter-term wraps. Use quality materials "wrapmaster".

If it's not, it could just be a regular print cut with clear applied over top... but there's no reason to do that with printers like the Edge available.
