Are you working with RGB or CMYK files?
What color setting is your photoshop set to?
What color mode/setting is their document coming in to you in?
What are you creating your "yellow square" in?
How "small" of a turn are you looking for?
We use Leo's Gold Lion products and products from FirehouseDecals.com.
Both work well for Edge printing, and we go through a lot.
The only way to overcome Papyrus is to defeat it.
You have to throw back another "fancy" font that hopefully will appeal to the customer.
Here is 10 minutes worth of work towards what I think they want. The "360" needs some tweaking.

I've been in both positions, as I'm sure most of yall have also.
But, I recently made the transition in "reverse order" so to speak; I went from running my own shop with employees and sub-contractors of my own to becoming an hourly employee of another larger company.

GFP laminators have the rear take-up reel. At the last place I was at I loved it!
I would assume that if you contacted a GFP rep, you could buy just that part.
How do you NOT break them down alphabetically? With hundreds of customers in each letter, it must be a LOT of scrolling. Maybe I just hate to scroll...
As stated above, this works great: B > Bob's Tires > awning sign > awning rev_2.cdr
However, when they order their next awning sign... you start to run into problems.
The important piece is to have a unique identifier for all projects. You'll either have to buychase custom signshop software...
If it's not, it could just be a regular print cut with clear applied over top... but there's no reason to do that with printers like the Edge available.
To me, the funniest part is that it all probably came about by a simple Google search for "Amar logo", "amarillo logo" or "emar logo" and Google took them to "Emaar Logo" as a result.... and that's where the poop started.
