Yes the AT75 would be an excellent choice.

Conform 4075-RLA But I recommend doing custom orders or showing examples. I would not put out hundreds of them, because vinyl and transfer tape has a shelf life. You'll end up wasting a lot. Also you can cut them out and don't put transfer tape on it until a customer buys it.

A table saw blade is 1/8" so deduct that from your cuts, you will lose a lot of area after many cuts. I price my substrate at 35% - 40% mark up and that includes my labor, if it's a custom shape I charge $18 more. So I think $8.50 each would be fair, quantity discount included.

Do not put vinyl on wax. Tell him you have to de-wax the area you will be putting graphics on. Because they will fall off. Also if it gets new paint, I always heard to wait 1 - 2 weeks before applying vinyl to new paint.

If it's local I charge $75 - $100 + zoning/building fees. Out of town I charge $125 - $150 because of gas to drop off the permit.

Odd.... Never seen that happen on my Oracal 651 gold. Contact Oracal and they will replace it.
