Actually I have more jobs then I can keep up with. I need extra help and I have turned down some jobs because of the work load. Why? Mainly my reputation and fast turn around times.

However new businesses are opening every day, new signs need to be made, old signs need to be removed, there is enough for everyone. Also sign shops tend to target certain areas, some do vinyl and banners with no installs, some are strictly install companies, some are manufacturers, etc.

Use a higher quality wrap squeegee. I think it's from Avery they have a blue and red one with a microfiber cloth. If the felt doesn't go edge to edge and any part of the squeegee is uncovered, it can scratch. Also squeegee lightly not hard and powerful.

We get a good 90% of the jobs we quote. Many sign shops charge out the butt and rip people off. Others charge too low and look cheap. For the customers who are basing your prices on online prices, you have to tell them why they should use you. Quality, No Shipping, Faster Turn Around, Can Show...

Their product. I don't know anything about either of their classes so I can't say much there. But if your using a horrible vinyl, I can't imagine the class is very helpful.

Because Epson sucks and needs to stay out of the sign world. They aren't built well, they are for residential use. Stick with a trusted brand.

I will never use a 3rd party ink, it's a bad idea. Those are for newbies.
