How bad is it scratched? Where I rent movies at they have a machine that guarantees that they can get scratches out of cd's or dvd's . For $3 they run it through a machine that buffs it I think. There must be one in your town. Or if you want to send it to me and just pay the postage and cleaning...
Other things to think about are you going to actually make signs and have the need for wood working, painting etc. or are you just going to be a sticker slapper ?
Duuuhhhh.....I didn't realize I had a Victorian font. I didn't see it the first time. " Victorian " is the only one I have though. I don't think I like the "FB"caps in that type face though. However I do like the" Victorian swash " in the Express clip art font pkg. Fred............Thanks

Sometimes I have cut it out in a straight line, then take scizzors and cut apart digits all except about ¼ " , bend to arc, tape on and stick one # at a time....ok if you don't have many to do.

I get the ghosting almost always with mask, I usually have used Gerber mask. It used to scare me, but I found that it just goes away after the mask is off for awhile.....I think it may be caused by a reaction with the paint and chemical in the mask adhesive because the paint is not truly dry......
Krylon is lacquer base .It is too hot for the mask. Try a spray paint like XOrust or Rustoleum. They are not lacquer base.....Be sure your primer is not lacquer base also.
