Stupid me! It turns out that when I changed the the Cyan cartridge it was the Magenta that that was out. On the display it reads KCMY and the cartridges are YMCK. So much for Lean manufacturing. If I had only looked at it with both eyes. Lol. At least I got it to printing. I feel...

Was printing a banner when very near the end it alarmed that the cyan was nearing end. I pulled the cartridge out while it was printing. the printer stopped. I installed a new one. it went back to printing still alarming. It later stopped and says M Ink End.Not sure what to do. Did I do...

I have a VJ1204. I printed a 2x10 foot banner. At the end of the banner it picked up dust from the roll and made smeared drops in the open position of the banner. Does anyone know what would remove the ink smear with out having to redo the job? Thanks Tim:Oops:

I have the Flexi 8.6 and noticed that the heaters on my mutoh were not on when doing a banner. I checked and flexi no longer has where I can set my heaters. I also have several other things that have changed. Anybody have and solution/

I was telling a friend of mine about the contour cutting I was doing and he said that if I use 4 points it would contour cut better. So I tried it. It was way off. about a 1/4 in or so. I contacted SW on line to ask but no answer after about 3 -4 weeks. I guess my time has run out with them. So...
