No Signlab will tell you to choose another font if it is not installed on your system in a similar way that Corel does it. Gabagoo, If you want to email me the file I can try to open it in my SL 9.1, Corel X6 and Ai CS5.1.

I actually use my hand from tip of pinky to tip of thumb to measure left chest locations for print location as well as measuring some things when I don't have a tape measure. Only because I know its 10" from tip to tip. "Signosaurus Rex" I forgot about the dollar bill, thanks for the reminder.
