Just an update, We are running Recuva and still waiting to see how it's gonna turn out. It appears to have recovered the files but hope to have more information in the next couple days as to the final turnout.

It will be used to run Wilcom as well and yes I use realistic view as well. I also have PS on the system. Keep in mind the OS and all the programs are on the SSD while all other files are on 7600rpm drives with 16gb RAM on Win 7.
I would prefer to NOT spend $300-$600 on a video card. Most of what I do is vector based and does not require a monster video card unless I am missing something. :Big Laugh
Looking to upgrade my video card to handle 3 monitors. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Keep in mind I don't see the need to spend $300-$600 for the design work I do.

Player, What build are you running? I just did an update as I am considering moving to windows 10 and I have 9.1 P&C Revision 1 build 08. Not that is has helped the speed and it still is listed in my processes as 32 bit.
I have downloaded the firmware and tried load it per the instructions from Graphtec and nothing. The process tells you to upload them to the graphtec yet the plotter does not show up in my printer section. Any direction and help would be appreciated.
