Another cool one is PrimoPdf. Its a program that ACTS like a printer. You can 'print' from any program to a pdf. I use it for excel to make a pdf if I need to send a custom quote for email.

I don't think this needs to be any more labor intensive than it is now. Remember, this is JUST FUN. It's just a design contest, nothing more. It's nice to be able to have fun with an assignment without worrying about the details. Have fun and don't think too hard.
