We print a lot of 10mm coro for a shop here in jersey for this exact purpose. We print it on 2 sides and they screw it to 4 x 4's. The art comes in 4" on each side on the "second side" to account for the posts.

Dollar store -> LA's awesome. Boat yard "secret" Wet hull, spray on full strength, scrub with soft brush, wait a few minutes, rinse. Takes most oxidation off every time. Won't touch stains though, for that you'll need on/off (acid, basically). It strips wax really well, too.
