I looked at your website, and your work looks very nice, i'm puzzled why your own logo lacks any real imagination? if a customer came to you for a logo design and wanted to incorporate some random trademarked image into their logo (lets say they wanted their name on the harley davidson shield)...

our city has some of the most inconsistent sign by-laws i've ever seen, depending on how they feel like classifying your sign, the second side may not count towards the total square footage. Unless the sign is for the city, than the bylaws don't matter. They just recently put up a new sign...

I second the Rite media paper for All Graphics, It's awesome! Nice and thick, we have had many customers comment that it is much nicer than other print shops paper.

you can mix the 2 products, no need to worry, I wouldn't expect it to prolong the life of the decal, it's more the help stop damage from minor abrasion, it certainly won't shorten the lifespan. If you are really concerned, go with a 2 mil cast laminate, the cost isn't much more but it won't...

fair points, it's not uncommon for customers to not ask us for a quote, But I can see how we may have dropped the ball on this as well.

I have a customer that orders interior signage from me from time to time (wayfinding ada type stuff). He is a door company and I guess he sells the signs to his customers as a extra service. 2 weeks ago he came into the shop with a PO in hand and a list of signs he needed for a new building...
