i like the 28' X 34' but 34 seems like an odd dimension. 32-36 is usually more dividable by 2 ft or 3 ft increments. metal buildings are 3 foot panels...most wood framing is 2 foot increments. IF you do the layout as you have it i would leave the office/printer/etc open. this way you got 33-34...

its a 2 FOOT 8 INCH man door, not 28")))) that makes a 32 inch pass door. 36" X 84" inch is commercial std. which is 4" taller then residential doors. i can see in floor heating where you live. as for finish, i have a paint that is 100% solids, 2 part epoxy, self leveling. its beautiful...

I LOVE STREAMLINE 4.0!!!!! its an adobe product, might be whats in illy. and i use COREL X3 TRACE. the only problem i have with tracing programs, they dont do FONTS well. but with STREAMLINE i can erase the fonts or parts i dont want traced prior to tracing, corel you have to do that in photo...

if you can roll it in your fingers...YOU GOT .O32 or .024!!!
