  1. VJ-1204 "Not Original Ink" on the printer display

I just got a Valuejet and got that message already. I turned it off and reloaded my cartridges, and it worked fine. Weird. But it ended up working out for me. I always keep 2 extra sets of cartridges around though.... and for those who don't, it might be a smart thing to do. It'd stink to be...
  2. What cutter, CHEAP

For the average business, they'd lose more money running their equipment, than buying from a reputable shop. So many factors come into play. Time learning a different business, buying equipment, buying material, the steep learning curve, time down, lack of quality. You'd be better off hiring...
  3. What cutter, CHEAP

Cranky cranky cranky. Your theory doesn't work. We're in business to be IN BUSINESS. Not as a hobby to create horrid looking stuff as cheap as we can. By buying a $300 machine, he'll be spending hours upon hours trying to figure it out, and end up losing a lot of money making crap work. For...
  4. Lines in prints again!!!!

Yup. Took the top parts of the printer off as well. There isn't even ink pumping through the top lines straight from the cartridge. ZERO pumping, yet the pump by the capping station.... appears to be rolling, and working? gears turning anyways....
  5. Lines in prints again!!!!

I simply CANNOT get any fluid through the lines. It won't pump anything through. The gears on the pump is working, and heads are clear, but nothing pumping through. Checked my o-rings to be sure they're secure, and they are. Still no pumpage. Any clues?
  6. Lines in prints again!!!!

Just got informed I needed to run a fill. Trying that, and will see what happens with that AND the syringe trick.
  7. Lines in prints again!!!!

I'm pumping and I'm pumping..... and it ain't doing jack diddly squat. There is NO ink in the dampers, what so ever.
  8. Lines in prints again!!!!

All I have is a medical syringe. Will that work?
  9. Lines in prints again!!!!

    No ideas???
  10. Lines in prints again!!!!

Alright, I just replaced my dampers. But now I can't get ink flowing through them? I have a bit of black and magenta flowing, but that's it. How do I get ink pumping through the lines to fill the dampers? Lots of cleanings????

A femur break will put you through 6-12 weeks of pain, but a torn ACL will keep you off a bike for 6 months to a year, and your level of flexibility will never be the same. Not to mention re-occuring pain the rest of your life. Trust me, I never want either to happen, but I know the ACL keeps...
  12. New on Signs101

I dunno. Never tried them either. Asterisks are cool, just wear out a little quick. Maybe I'll try the 661's... we'll see.
  13. New on Signs101

I know 661 has some braces that only cover your knee, and don't go down so far. I think I'll give them a shot. Helps in saving from a femur break (unlike standard knee braces) and still protects the ACL. Oh yeah, and under $500!!! lol. Does this make me a :thread ???
  14. New on Signs101

I'm a firm believer you need some kneck movement in a crash. Heck, a LOT of body movement. Restricting it can cause damage. My cuz just had a small crash and broke her collarbone, right where the Leatt hits the collarbone in the front. I think that's it's weak point. I'm getting some knee...
  15. New on Signs101

Graphics for it are cool, but I refuse to wear one. I'm more afraid of it HURTING me, rather than protecting me.

  17. Help! Need User friendly software

I guess that's what I was trying to say. It has a fairly easy learning curve, but is very powerful and very professional. I have Flexi, FreeHand, Illustrator and Corel. Corel was one of the last for me to try, but it quickly became my favorite.
  18. Help! Need User friendly software

I think CorelDraw and CoCut together.... is a great learning combo. Some may say Flexi is easy, but I think it's rather poorly laid out (which makes things confusing). Not too mention, once you learn some stuff, you'll come to a stop with Flexi. Corel... you can keep on going and going. Awesome...
  19. Fonts going SLOOOOOWWWW.....

Thanks guys! I found it on my Corel disc! Now I have to figure out ... how on earth to use it and what it does. :( Loading my fonts right now. Did I mention I have 20,000 + fonts loaded onto my hard drive (only 120 or so in my fonts folder). This could take a minute.....
