I've never seen that as 4over's logo and it looks nothing like what is on their website. I've also never seen them mark their business card boxes. We order a couple a week from them. Looking at two of them that came in now..

I'd suggest taking a wrap class. See what they're using equipment wise, as well as everything else that is involved before looking at equipment packages.

Contact cdiesel at AZPro in Avondale who is a Merchant Member here and your printing problems are solved! They did all my printing before I was able to purchase my printer and they still do some for me. Great people!
Paper has a "wire" side and a "felt" side. The wire side is the side transported through the mill resting on the conveyor mesh, the felt side is up. Produces a difference in texture that most can't differentiate, but it's there.

I've printed on 20# bond engineering roll paper on my Mutoh VJ with acceptable results. The copy was simple engineering line drawings and it was hard to read the small numbers, but the rest was ok.
We lettered up the back of a trailer with the same combo die cut a year ago. South facing Arizona desert sun the entire time and was able to remove the print intact from the trailer and re-install it in the guy's shop. He's happy as can be and I've received 2 customers from his testimonial on...
AWT or American Wholesale Thermographers gets a thumbs down here as they sell directly to the public at wholesale prices. I was asked to bid against their order form/pricing by a customer.

One day, lots of people, food, prizes, etc. Keep everyone there as long as possible. Do the actual ribbon cutting at hour 2 of the 3 hour event. We had a well known local cafe/catering company do the food (burgers and dogs) so we didn't have to worry about that. Had a keg and drinks.
